Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled/rescheduled or changed without 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service amount. All “NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If you are 15mins late without notice you will Automatically be charged an extra $10. WHEN BOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING TO DEPOSITS NOT BEING REFUNDABLE. CAN BE ROLLED OVER WITHIN THE TWO WEEKS. DEPENDING ON SITUATION.
